Hey, it's been more than a month.
Can you please provide a public update on the status of his built-in advertising, and when McAfee will finally allow customers to opt-out?
I am about to pull the plug on McAfee with constant pop-up ads acting as if it was protecting my computer with currently installed software. When you click on the message they want you to by something that is not actually needed.
The worst - McAfee indicates I only have 13% (or some ridiculous low number) of memory available. Bull!! This notice is a lie which I can do a computer memory check myself. Blatant misleading in hopes people will by another McAfee product.
This is wrong, not what I paid for and needs to cease. My purchase should be preventing this trash from interrupting my computer, not causing interruptions.
Boo, Horrible, McAfee should be ashamed to do this to their customers. Which I will not be when my subscription expires.
Can I unsubscribe and get a refund for my next 117 days remaining?

What kind of reply answer is that?
A complete brush-off, in our face middle finger, to the perfectly known issue in this blog.
TAKE THE ADS OFF!!!
I specifically registered to let McAfee know that I've now reported this issue to the FTC.
Take the **bleep**ing ads off and stop with the bull**bleep**.
If I were anyone who's looking for antivirus, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere as their bs tactics are crossing the line of harassment.
You've been warned.
