I can't download the invoice too, "Invoice not available." Please send........My invoice number CS3209349968.

I followed the attached instructions..........(..clicking on My Account, choosing the option Subscriptions, then Purchase History listed under your McAfee Product..)......but only the invoice number is displayed. When I want to print it, unfortunately the invoice cannot be printed. Why?
