wasting half an hour waiting for the online tech support chat, and he said wrong platform. he send me a link to intel. and no online chat to ask. anymore solution? I'm feeling give up for this..

Hi,

The Service Request that you posted has been closed since you were not able to produce the POP at the right time. However if you have the POP now you can reach Tech Support and send POP to pop@mcafee.com

POP should include the Scanned copy of Bill Receipt for Laptop that needs Unlocking.

Hi,

Thanks for reply. So i need to do call and make new report, and then email pop? Or i just straight away email and mention the previous case. Thanks.. Sorry if ask to many times..
