I feel I have been scammed- auto renewal set to 'on' as default

Jump to solution

I have been unknowingly billed for subscription renewal without any prior warning or knowledge that the auto-renewal button is switched 'on' by default. I have only received emails of this sort:  'renewal notice- 15 days expired, get protected'. I am a person who always reads the fine-print. Contrary to  what your site claims, I have not received any reminder emails that I will be billed automatically. I have made a request online and received a Service Request 2902533038 , number however I cannot seem to get through to the telephone number provided. Please help me get my money back. Thank you
