I cannot adjust the size or scroll through the McAfee window

I have Windows 10 on my Dell computer and was always able to view the full screen in McAfee total protection.  For the last several weeks, the McAfee opens and I cannot scroll, adjust or expand the screen to access all of the functions.  ( I want to run a full scan but I cannot scroll down or tab to choose). 

How can I fix this issue?

Kindly click on the square icon at the top right hand corner of the application. Also update the application and restart the device for the updates to be in effect. For additional assistance please contact our McAfee support.

Thanks for the quick advice, however, the window is large font which only shows a portion of the window.  The top right hand corner is not visible and I cannot access that and the PC security tab is also not visible.

No ability to stretch the window, tab, or anything else.  The only option available is to mouse click on the functions visible.

Maybe check to see if the windows display setting is above 100%. Running it at 125% can cause this issue.

I did and that didn't resolve it.   Thanks for the help, I guess I'll contact customer support.

Here is a screen shot - this is all I can see.  I can't expand the window, I can't scroll or tab or decrease the size.  It doesn't matter what the resolution is, this is all I get.  I can only click on the tasks that are shown. As an example, when I click on Antivirus (first screen shot), the second shot is all I see.  I can't select a full scan or any other function other than what appears in the window.

Any help before I contact Support?

That looks like the display magnification issue. At least from what I have seen in past posts. If as you said you tried reducing that to 100% best try support. Sorry that is all I know on this issue. Good luck 

Actually when I looked again at your post I realised this is the Grapics interface not notifications. My comments were for notifications though they could be also applicable to the interface. Will do a test on my PC later on and get back to you. As well will stir up a mod to comment here.

Ok mine at 125% ( display setting)is fine BUT I notice I still have a McAfee version where the apps that were to be removed ie web boost and app boost are still there so I might have an older version. Can you please post the version of Mcafee you have mine is 16.0.R51.

I've adjusted back and forth between 100 and 125 with no changes -here is a screen shot of my McAfee version.
