I can't use the VPN for no apparent reason.

I got the total protection for 1 device. it was working good I guess, but now whenever I try to turn on the VPN (the only reason I got this AV in the first place) it says there's another device using the VPN already.

There is no other device. The only changes I've done to the computer are it's device name after a RAM modification and installing Windows 11. There's no option to delete other devices, not from the software nor the web page or the account settings https://routerlogin.uno/.

I didn't even want to keep using this AV, they practically scammed me into keeping it for another year after automatically renewing it, it was impossible to contact ANYONE from customer service (wrong phone numbers and no other way to contact them directly).

Is this happening to anyone else? Is there anything I can do to fix this?
