Hi, I have windows 7, IE. Recently I try to crop a picture, but it reverts back to the origanal size after saving. Is there anything that I might try to be able to save a pic that I've cropped? thank you.
Does it save as how it was or do you have a problem with it disappearing ??
HI, it saves it how is was originally. Thank you for helping.
Thanks for getting back with the status
Cheers,
Dinz, it isn't OK, that's what they are saying.
Hi there,
Could you please click on Virus & spyware protection
Then click on Realtime scanning – click on Settings
Clcik on Turn OFF
And then try to check the status of the action performed .
Regards,
Click on mcafee on desktop icon? If I turn off reatime scanning, will it put computer in harms way? I'm sorry I"m not computer smart. Thank you.
Ok, I turned real time scanning off and it did crop my pic!! It said it would resume real time scanning in 15 mins. Is this right? Do I need to turn off each time I want to crop pic? and should I immediately turn back on? thank you SOOO much!!!!!
Is Mcafee going to fix this problem or do I need to turn off real time scanning everytime I wish to edit photo's??
