That usually means a previous installation needs to finish uninstalling before continuing.

If you were using another software make sure it's gone and use their removal tool if available and then reboot.

This appears to be Windows 10, so make sure Fast Startup is disabled as it can also cause problems with an incomplete reboot.  Link:

Make sure Windows is up to date, especially IE even if you never use it.

Run the MCPR removal tool and reboot.

Reinstall your software from your online account.

As indicated Restart the computer and retry the installation. Post back the outcome to proceed further.

Thanks for the answer . After restarting the computer, nothing happens and the establishment Programs happens.Twice used MCPR removal toolwithout help. I live in Ukraine for translation use Google translator so may not accurately describe their problem.

System Mechanic, like all registry cleaners, is NOT good, I don't recommend it.
