How can I send items in the quarantined folder to McAfee to check

I have tried to send a couple of items to McAfee this evening and each time I am getting an error stating that sending failed.  I have registered on webimmune.net but I am unable to send anything.  I get a number of items in the quarantined folder and thought if I get these checked out by McAfee it could reduce the number of files being quarantined.

Has anyone else had this problem and, if ao, how did you overcome the problem

Any advise would be appreciated

Unfortunately that transaction employs a unique SMTP process that Internet Service Providers increasingly block because they want you to use their own servers for mail traffic.

McAfee are looking into how they can modify it so it continues working for everyone.

You would have to temporarily disable McAfee and then email the samples, zipped and password-protected to a special email address after restoring them.

The process is outlined here:  https://community.mcafee.com/thread/2016 - the bit from "To send it to the Threat Center outside of Security Center....." onwards....
