I have had McAfee since 2011. They notify me ahead of time about expiration. This year they didn't bother. I complained about it and was told first that I wasn't notified ahead of time because the price was different. When I said that shouldn't make a difference to telling customers it was time to renew, I was told that I had some responsibility to check it myself and know. Of course we all have time for that right? I mean since they told me last year when it was time why would I think they'd wait until it expired to say anything this year? What difference does price make. You tell someone that they need to renew so that they do it early right? Not them.
Anyone else out there have issues in how they handle customer service?
