Having JavaScript issue and was told to check AntiVirus Settings

Many of the hyperlinks that I utilize are no longer working (JavaScript) and it was suggested to me that my problem was due to AntiVirus settings.  Do I simply uninstall and install? Do I need to install a patch or was the advice I was given about AntiVirus settings incorrect? Kindly Advise.

Hello,

Well, thank you for replying and the advice; however, uninstalling Webadvisor had no effect.

As you can seen from the script/address message at the bottom of the screen when I tried to utilize one of the hyperlinks on the right hand side, still having issues.

Kindly Advisescreenshot-mcafee.jpg
