HELP ME! MCAFEE STOLE MONEY FROM MY CARD!!!!

I HAVE NEVER SIGN ON MCAFEE PAGE AND BOUGHT ANYTHING. I HAVE NEVER OBTAIN ANY MAIL WITH AN INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCT, SUBSCRIPTION AND SO ON. I HAVE NEVER PAID FOR ANY MCAFEE PRODUCT BECAUSE I DO NOT USE IT, AND SUDENLY YESTERDAY I SEE THAT 349 PLN DISAPPEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!! WITHOUT NO PERMISSION AND NO APPROVAL, OR ANY MAIL INFORMATION.  SO MONEY WENT I HAVE NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PURCHASE.... 

I FEEL LIKE I WAS CHEATED, AND ON MCAFEE PAGE I SEE ABSOLUTLY NO CONTACT TO ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR MAIL... 

 

PLEASE HELP ME I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO...

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We would like to let you know  McAfee wouldn't charge on customer account without approval if there is no account with McAfee. And also, McAfee wouldn't have such plans for $350 and it seems to the email received for you is a scam email. Kindly confirm the email address that you have received. The legitimate emails from McAfee ends with mcafee.com not any other source domains. For more information, about scam emails kindly click on the below link and also you can report the scam emails.

Same happened to me in Canada. I called VISA and they refunded the full amount taken almost $800. It is a scam and i found out if you check the from field you will see that it is not from McAfee.
