HELP! Intel Anti-Theft Lock

My Vaio Duo 13 has been locked by Intel anti-theft technology

It says lock is due to platform attack detected.

It is asking for a passphrase or server recovery token either of which I do not have.

Is there anyway to help me with this problem?


*** and yes I am aware (now) that the anti-theft is EOL although I didn't even know I had this installed on my laptop to begin with.


Any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately we don't have any troubleshooting steps to unlock your device. The only option left is to replace your hardware (in most cases this means the motherboard)
