I'm having a persistent problem with pop-ups from LiveSafe that I am unable to close because only half of the pop-up actually appears, and the Close X button is missing. I'm attaching a screenshot to show you what I mean. They're very disruptive because they sit on top of everything else on my screen, and nothing short of restarting the computer gets rid of them.
How do I stop these pop-ups appearing in the first place? Or at the very least, what will make the pop-up appear normally so I can close them? Thanks.
I'm running Window 11 on a laptop.
Hi @cjcinc,
Greetings from McAfee.
This issue happens when the Windows 10 Scale and layout settings are increased to more than 100%. For example, you might have set this option to 150% or more on your PC.
Your McAfee software uses Microsoft APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for certain settings that govern how your McAfee software looks and behaves.
How to change scaling in windows 11
Note that changing the scaling settings can affect the way that text and images are displayed on your screen, so you may need to experiment with different scaling percentages until you find the one that works best for you.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I already tried doing that, and all it did was make the pop-up smaller, but it was still displaying the same way, with half of the pop-up still missing and no Close X button.
Is there a way to just stop these pop-ups entirely? I looked in Settings and couldn't find a way to do that.
