It's been 3 months since this issue first came up with McAfee.
I'm still waiting on a resolution.
I'm also waiting on a more senior member of your team to join this chat to publically explain the execrable customer service.

Thanks, my issue isn't technical, it's with customer service.
I repeat again - please get someone to publicly explain the deplorable customer service. All McAfee customers are subsidising this woeful service, and it's to nobody's benefit not even McAfee.
Just another reminder that this problem is outstanding.
This is a very poor advertisement for McAfee.

We have several times responded to your posts and you're case also has been reported to the concern team. The issue was being said before, it was a normal behaviour on the UI to receive McAfee notifications regards to PC optimizer. When it comes to the customer service support issue that already been informed to the concern team.
