Dell vs Acer

Hello,

I recently bought protection for 3 computers from my dell laptop. I downloaded it on my Dell and everything was fine. When i logged on to the acer notebook and tried to do the same thing, it would not work...the download was "incomplete". I dont understand why this happened so I appreciate any advice on how I can get the protection on other computers also. Thank you.

Re: Dell vs Acer

Hi ,

The security suite should work on Dell or Acer or any other PC. Can you attach a screenshot and also attach a screenshot from your Acer notebook.

Can you make sure that the internet connection on the Acer notebook works fine.

Regards

Can you additionally let us know the
