Dell Notebook Blocked with McAfee Anti-Theft
After a long time of use, the battery of my Dell notebook stopped holding load, when changing the part, the notebook started locked, blocked with Intel Anti-Theft. On this lock screen they ask you to press 1 or 2 and require a password that I do not know. On this screen, it also says that if I need help, I should contact http://service.mcafee.com
After much research, I followed this tutorial from the link below, but upon entering my McAfee account, I did not find this "web console" where I would find the unlock password. I need help and I'll be very grateful if anyone can help me. I do not want to lose an expensive notebook just because I changed the battery.
