Confused about activating subscription.

So my PC needs antivirus software. So my boyfriend bought it, but used his email. We bought it on my PC though. After everything finished, I downloaded the app through the same tab we had to buy it. Didn’t open a new tab or anything. Everything went great, but I’m confused, because it’s now saying my subscription ends in 30 days. We got the 2 yr with 5 devices subscription. Can someone help?
