I was charged twice for my yearly renewal. I tried calling customer service and they kept saying that I was only charged once even though my bank statement clearly says otherwise. I believe the issue is that I was charged through PayPal for mcafee and then by mcafee itself.
Also a little more notice on removing the funds from people's accounts would be nice.
