Cannot remove completely anti thief

I tried to remove intel anti-thief service but not success.

I was used mcafee anti thief remove tool.

Even I re-install window operating.

The anti-thief message still sometimes occur when I power on my asus laptop.

I have remember my User Password what I was config when I install mcafee anti- thief software.

Then I choose option 1 --> I can continue boot to Window normally

I really want to disable this warning completely -  not sometimes appear when os boot

Please help , I also send support ticket but not receive any reply.

"send support ticket" suggest you emailed Technical Support, that is a very slow way of getting things done.  Best to phone, second-best use online chat.

I thought it was done. But sometimes when I am turn on my Asus laptop the anti-thief warning (screenshot) appear.

Have you contacted support in your country by phone  email is not the fastest way to get support.

My country is Vietnam

Even I brought my Asus laptop to Asus Service Center in my country, told them my issue of anti-thief.

Then they kept my laptop few day. Finally I got laptop back with issue still there. No luck.

I feel disappointed.
