I was running online backup on Windows Vista Home Edition. I installed Windows 7 Professional. Before I installed Win7, I backed up mu data using Online Backup. I reinstalled McAfee Total Protection and when I click on Online Backup, nothing happens! I need to get this working in order to get my data back. Any ideas?

Could you please let us know if you backed up your data using Mcafee online backup the individual/standalone program (or) the one that came along your Total protection or Internet security suite ?

I am using the On-line backup in Total Protection (Mozy). I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.
I called support and a technician helped me.
The link Online Backup in the Data Protection and Backup drop-down does not work. Your technician had me click on "C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee Online Backup\MOBKconf.exe"to start the application. I was able to set up backup and restore my files. I now have a shortcut on my desktop that directly runs MOBKconf.exe.

I have exactly the same problem than ddefillipo. Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits.
I already uninstall, use ccleanner, aceutilities, install again, technician do not fixed.
When I run C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee Online Backup\MOBKconf.exe ask me for a licence key and email adresses.

You license key can be found at the McAfee Web site. Logon to the screen that lists your subscription. There is a link to you backup files there and you can retrieve your key.
