i noticed that you posted in the Totalprotection section about settings for the firewall ports for home and work.
perhaps best is to contact mcafee next week on working days by chat or phone for assistance to your question ?
you can contact support about ; https://service.mcafee.com
go to half the page and click on contact support and new page will open and click for pc and available contact methods will appear.
also you can ask them for a refund
