Cancel my account and Request Refund for Auto-renewal

Hello,  I want to cancel my account and Request Refund for Auto-renewal that happened today. All the telephone numbers that I find in the customer support does not work. I need another way of communication,  email or something else. I am from Greece.  Thank you.
