Remove the Add-in completely from the Outlook application by following the below steps. Once done try to remove the McAfee Anti-Spam folder,
- Click on File -> Options -> Add-ins
- Select McAfee Antispam and click on ‘Go’
- A new dialog box opens with the Add-Ins list. Please check the box for McAfee Antispam Add in(Make sure other Add-Ins are unchecked).
- Click on “Remove”.
