Can i install McAfee internet security suite on more than one pc with the same license ?

I have McAfee internet security installed on my pc. Yesterday i visited McAfee.com/se site and i noticed that you can install the software on more than one pc with no extra cost .

I have renewd my license for abut a month ago and it is valid to 2016.11.17. Is this an option for all users that have the program installed or is it just for new users ?

My pc was preinstalled with McAfee via acer and i renew the license each year. Is there anyone who can give me some information on this ?

Yes you can install on another PC, up to the maximum of 3 Licenses if I am not terribly mistaken. May I ask when you renewed did you renew directly from McAfee?

Just make certain you remove any prior Security Software first. To include the product's individual removal tool to assure all remnants are removed.

Well hopefully i did. About a month or so when your license is to expire you get messages from McAfee that you can renew yor license with a discount so I did.

So I just need to veify my subscription and then it shows up in the UI that my license is prolonged. I´m just curious because it seems when i look at the McAfee site in swedish, it says that I can use the same license without cost at an unlimeted number of items Pc, phone and tablet etc. Maybee it´s something new McAfee is rolling out. Before it was allways one license for one pc or for a higher price for 3 pc:s. But mine was preinstalled from Acer so I just renewed it every time it was going to expire. But maybe the best thing for me to do is to call cosumer support here in Sweden they should be able to give me an answer.

                    I totally agree with your observation. Contacting  Customer Service would be your best option. As In most cases we Mods are not made aware of any promotions or such.
