Hello.
I have the problem. I'm using McAfee Internet Security and Online Backup.
Size of files to backup is approx 500Mb (~50% of quota) and when I try to backup my files Online Backup notify me that I have exceeded quota (AccountError3 - http://service.mcafee.com/faqdocument.aspx?id=TS100793&lang=en_US&prior_tid=2&AnswerID=16777216&turl...).
I can't do backup of my files since 9 Aug
What I should do to resolve this issue?
Win7 x64, Online Backup 1,16,4,0
My account data on page https://login.backup.mcafee.com/account
Maybe this is the problem. Something is wrong on the server. Who can help with that?

Regards,
I have the same problem. It seems that once you exceed the quota there is no way back.
I did re-configure to use less space (54%) but the error will not go away.
If you are lucky enough to find the solution could you please post it, I will do the same.
Yes. I have found the solution.
I have 3 Online Backup accounts (McAfee Internet Security). And I just reconfigured my Online Backup Software for using another account and problem has gone. This is fast solution because this is 100% server error.
Then I asked tech support about this error and they reset my Online Backup accounts for resolving this problem completely.
P.S. Sorry for my english, it's not my primary language.
