Had the same problem with the private messages... The mobile version of the website is horribile, did not find the private messages anywhere, then tried it on my pc and there the website is working fine, you can see the private messages there, but not on mobile device.
Thank you for the advice. The mobile site was driving me crazy!

I was surprised to see my subscription autorenew. I disabled auto renew and have tried to get a refund for several weeks now. The first SR 2926153479 I received was on 6 March. The latest one is 2947182481 from today. It keeps asking me to call a phone number that doesnt work. I am calling from New Zealand.
I do not want my subscription. Can someone please help me get a refund for it?
