Auto-renewal refund - URGENT


I am based in South Africa and I need urgent refund for the auto-renewal that happened.  I have tried everything and anything your websites, bots, social media and social media bots have recommended but NOTHING works. what is worse is that your support functionality does not work. It does not direct me to the point where I am able to submit the request for refund. It keeps telling me to start over and shows the number to call of which when I call I get the message that it is for business clients.

Can I please get a solution that works? 

This is a very urgent cost because the money taken is way too much for a South African user.
