I have been to contact Mcaffee customer with no success their contact no. Not working... I was auto renewed on the 20/11/2022 from South Africa which was unexpected and expensive, I'm requesting a full refund please

I have the same problem and what is worse is that your support functionality does not work. It does not direct me to the point where I am able to submit the request for refund. It keeps telling me to start over and shows the 800 number to call of which when I call I get the message that it is for business clients.
Can I please get a solution that works??
