Has anyone had this problem? I have been trying to use my email to access my account. Unfortunately, my password has been locked. When I try to unlock my id password by changing it, I get an error message. This has been an ongoing problem since June/22, and no technician can resolve the issue. They end the case number with someone who will call from accounts. However, no one ever calls. I have been promised a call from the supervisor several times, and still no calls.
Does anyone know how I can esculate this problem within McAfee?
