I am unable to download McAfee subscription on the AT&T website.
I spent multiple hours with AT&T agents, we verified the ID and password.
The ID works with every other AT&T app, but when we are trying to download McAfee on the official AT&T site www.att.net/iss, we are getting a message "An error has occurred".
I only have 1 subscription which expired and it was already uninstalled, so its not causing a conflict.
We also tried clearing C&C, Private window and different browser.
Device is using Windows 10 OS.
Can you please look into it if the link is corrupt?
I also found this link https://www.mcafee.com/support/?page=shell&shell=article-view&locale=en-US&articleId=TS103155 on your forums, which mentions there is an issue, but it doesn't have a date on the article or i'f McAfee even cares or looking into it.
Downloading a trial version might be a short term solution, but this is an issue for more than a month.
AT&T also transferred me over to McAfee Escalation department, but they were unable to help.
