J'ai acheté un antivirus il y a une semaine, mais c'était une erreur de ma part. Comme j'en ai le droit,  j'aimerais donc en demander le remboursement intégral. Après avoir cherché sur votre site, je ne vois pas du tout comment faire, sachant que je suis au Japon pour encore 1 mois, et ne peut donc pas appeller le service client.

Auriez-vous la gentillesse de m'indiquer une procédure en ligne ? Merci d'avance.
