Remboursement renouvellement automatique

Bonjour, je viens d'etre prélevé de 79.95€ pour le renouvellement abonnement anti virus m1is je souhaite le remboursement. J'ai vu que j'avais 60 jours pour demander le remboursement. Pourriez vous me dire comment faire ?
