Non prise en compte de mon abonnement


Je reçois des alertes comme quoi la période d'évaluation est terminée et que je dois acheter LiveSafe dorénavant. Or j'ai réglé mon abonnement il y a déjà plusieurs semaines (commande CS2233488439) et lorsque je consulte mon compte la date d'expiration est bien avril 2019. Que dois-je faire pour que LifeSafe prenne bien en compte mon abonnement actuel ?

Une réponse rapide serait évidemment bienvenue !
