I tried to install the anti-virus software, and it went well in the beginning. However, at 81%, the installation stalled and failed. The error message displayed said that something went wrong installing the 'Security Centre.' I have followed the instructions on the troubleshooting website and re-tried the installation for another 3 times, but to no avail. Can someone please help me out ?
Befor i have used kasperski for long time and have never have a issue.
How it's possible to not be able to install your antivirus ?

McAfee KB - McAfee software error on Windows: Installation incomplete (TS102268)
there is a instruction video in this document and suggestions in the doc itself.
maybe this can be of help to solve the issue perhaps ?.............

if this does not fix the issue i suggest to contact live mcafee support from link;
