McAfee Agent Update

I want to update McAfee Agent to all users in my group from McAfee Portal. how to do that? can you help me do that exercise?

Thanks for your post.

There are multiple ways to upgrade the McAfee Agent from your ePO Server.

1) You can use Select Machine in your System Tree>Select one/multiple machines and Actions>Deploy Agents.

2) You can create a Product Deployment using Client Task Catalog and assign the task to the machines and send a wake-up agent call or wait for the asci.

3) Also you can create a product deployment task for a single system to check:

Select System>Actions>Agent>Modify/Edit Task on a Single System>McAfee Agent>Product Deployment>Create  New Task:Name the task and Select the Product McAfee Agent and Save it.

Once the task saved from Scheduled type please select run immediately and save the complete task.

Once everything is saved please send a Wake-Up agent call to the machine.
