uncommon problem with firewall

As faced by other custormers, I suffered from the firewall automatically keeping turning off as well. But the strange thing is whatever my firewall status is, the top notification is always showing "your computer is secure".

The internet access could work when I just start my computer but few minutes after, it is denied. Then I checked the status of firewall - it is turned off while the top slot is green and stating "your computer is secure". If I turn on the firewall manually, the internet comes back. But few minutes after, the same situation happens and I have do the same again.

I suspect there may be a clash between the windows firewall and McAfee firewall because when the top slot is green and McAfee firewall is turned off, the windows firewall start to function. But even I closed the Windows firewall, the same problem still occurs.

The good news is whenever all the firewalls are all turned off, I enjoy a free access. Please do help if u get any hints. BTW all start after I update the software yesterday.
