Using the firewall - how to block apps

Hi all - I'm a new user to McAfee, having come from Avast

Having installed McAfee, it seems the 'Advanced Firewall' just allows all traffic and does not give me the option to block apps

Going into the so-called settings option there doesnt appear to be any option to add apps to the block list.

Please can someone help, as without this most basic of functions the product is not fit for purpose to me

Thanks all
