Unknown trusted IP on network list

I was checking my personal firewall settings. internet conection -configure -advanced - networks and noticed a trusted IP address I didn't put there. It was 114.0.58.0 I used the tracer function and it was in Jarkarta. I deleted it and put it on the banned IP's. How did this happen? I keep the security center updated and run the virus scan at least twice a week. Which has not found any viruses. I run the firewall in stealth mode, and have a dsl modem connected to a wired router. Is there anything else I should do to see if my computer has been compromised?
