I moved this out of Community Help to Consumer > Personal Firewall (I assume you are using the home product).
Open McAfee user interface and click the Firewall tile. In settings scroll down to Ports and System Services to make sure ports are checked there for that feature.
A reboot may be required to make them effective.
If that doesn't help I would contact Technical Support directly as it is free of charge by phon e or online chat (see link below)
