Outlook messages - transparent

After I installed Mcafee Total Protection I cannot read my email in Microsoft Outlook.
Everything is normal except that the Message text is transparent. (I can see in the messagetext another program that is running for example web browswer CNN.com page.).
I tried to disable the email protection and that did not work. So I uninstalled Total Protection. And now it works. But I need of course a virus protection and a firewall. So what should I do?

RE: Outlook messages - transparent

Hi,

Please clarify,

What is the Build version of McAfee installed in the system (open security center-click on about in the bottom right hand panel)?
Do we have any security program installed?

Steps

Run the MVT and fix the issue option. http://mvt.mcafee.com/mvt/default.asp.

RE: Outlook messages - transparent

I used the Virtual technican and it did not find any problem.
The version is:
VirusScan 13.15
Personal Firewall 10.15
Security Center 9.15
I do not I think I have security program installed.

I installed again and then everything did work normal. But then I restarted the computer and then the message became again transparent.
I hope you can help me with this.
Thanks

According to Google some found turning off the IPS Core service cured it. I haven't any idea what that is, something to do with VPN?
