Under LiveSafe Firewall, I see multiple entries of the same ports and services. Some of the entries are checked (on) while others are off. Which setting takes precedence? How did these multiple entries get added in the first place? I did not add them myself. Should the duplicates be deleted? If so, I'm not sure if I should delete the ones that are "off" vs. those that are "on". A partial listing:

Thanks for your reply, but it didn't address my question.
I understand that certain ports will be blocked by default. What I don't understand is why there are multiple entries for the same ports. Please refer to the screen shot in my original post.
Four of the exact same entries are "Windows File Sharing", two of which are enabled (checked) and two which are disabled (unchecked). Since these are conflicting entries for the same set of ports, are they being blocked or not?
The other three exact same entries are "Remote Assistance" These are all enabled (checked) but I'm wondering why there are three copies. I assume I can just delete the excess entries.
