Microsoft RSVP

My firewall blocked Microsoft RSVP in C:\Windows\system32\rsvp.exe. I clicked the box for more information and it brought me up to a McAfee site that had a big green checkmark on it. It said that it was RSVP 1.0 and part of the operating system. I Googled it and some sites say it could be malware. What should I do with this? Since clicking on "more information" within the McAfee console brought me to a site that says it is ok, I suppose it probably is safe but I've been through a nasty Vundo infection twice and paid $90.00 to fix the problem. I'm quite paranoid now. I'm using XP media center edition, SP 3, all up to date and the latest upgrade to McAfee Internet Security Suite, all up to date. Thanks for your time and help.
