Firewall Turns off, Says It's On

Hi. I am new here. I have a virus which constantly tells me my firewall is off. I turn it on and it says it's on, for a while. However, if I click on the Security Center Home where it says it is on, and go to settings, it is off. The Techs tried Getsusp, Stinger and ComboFix doesn't work on Windows 8. I installed Malwarebytes myself, and ran a scan, it found two objects which I deleted. I rebooted, but same firewall off problem. I tried the advice of going to registry and making sure firewall had a "2" in the box, but it was there. I don't know what else to do. HELP!

Your other post in response to the main thread on the same subject should be the best one to get attention so I would go with that one.
