Cannot open port 2077-2078 for webdisk help please

Hi,

I want to have acces to my webdisk but I get the error message saying that " There was a problem connecting to Webdisk service. Please make sure port 2077-2078 are not firewalled"

I did open 2 new ports in system services but still have the same problem.

I'm using Windows 7.

Do you have a router?  If so they would have to be setup in that too, as they usually have a hardware firewall built in.  You would, of course, have to consult its manual on how to do that.

There's a thread online  that is exactly about this issue, rather old, but may be of help:

I'm afraid not, but Technical Support Chat might know...linked through "Useful Links" above.
