A free connection to a router... how?

Hello

I've a McAfee SecurityCenter (paid till April 2016).
I "know" beside Anti-Virus .. SecurityCenter controlls the firewall of my computer (Dell laptop with Windows-7 64).

What must I do, so that SecurityCenter (temporary) relinquishes the control on the firewall but still keeps a watch on "viruses"?

I'm testing the port-forwarding of my router with the software PFPortChecker of http://portforward.com.
It detects that the UDP port is open but the FTP port is unreachable.

I've configured the router so that it forwards the FTP and UDP signals to my laptop.

Last year I had no problem with the port-forwarding.

SecurityCenter "stands" between PFPortChecker and the router.

At first I want to know whether SecurityCenter or the router is the "culprit".

Can you help me?
Thank you.

Unless a support person spots this it's unlikely anyone here would have enough knowledge.  You are best advised to contact Technical Support directly.  It's free by phone or online chat and linked under Useful Links at the top of this page.

All I know is that Firewall should never have to be disabled to allow these things and that there are ways to configure ports and system services in the Firewall settings to allow access.
