Dear McAfee,
I have an annual subscription on my new Windows device, but I can't use my secure VPN. I get a warning that my limit has been reached, even though I only have two different devices, each with its own subscription. I can't remove the old device from my records on the McAfee website. I don't have a remove button. Can you please help me?
I already searched the community services and it said that I need to fix the problem with iOS. However, there are also people with Android devices and I can't log in to my phone with my Windows device, i only use it on windows not on my mobile device. Can you also help me with this?
