Online Backup

My product is a Total Protection and I am trying to set up the Online Backup. I go to Data Protection and Backup and click on Online Backup - Set up now. However, I receive the following message:

Failed to verify your username and/or password.

Additionally, I receive the option to complete configuaration and registration, but when I choose Resume, which is the suggested step, nothing happens.

Backup icon keeps blinking in the Task Bar, asking me to configure the service, but when I try to do so everything starts again.

Looking over the forums for answers I think most similar problems were sorted out by contacting Technical Support, it's free via phone or online chat and linked under Useful Links at the top of this page.
