What type of accounts do you have ?

Try to see if you have a subfolder under you main Inbox(see if you have small plus close to it you can click on). Folder name should be McAfee Anti-Spam.

Hi,

What is the type of Operating system ? ( Windows XP / Windows VISTA / Windows 7 )

Also open mcafee and let me know it says

Am I protected?YES (or) Am I protected? No (or) Your Computer is Secure (or) Your Computer is at risk

If it says Am I protected?YES (or) Am I protected? No , then you will see about button click on about and let me know the versions

If it says Your Computer is Secure (or) Your Computer is at risk , then click on Navigation, then click on about

After clicking on about it will tell you the version, let me know the versions

Please reply to the above question, I'll help you

No . no folder of that name - thats why I am asking where it is

if I could see it I would be able to add to favourites

- now the email that was shown as unread in my Unread folder has gone I cannot see the email item.

Hi cmx,

Please let us know the following information so that we could proceed accordingly;

Were you able to find the Antispam folder previously ?
Did you happen to reinstall Outlook 2007 after Mcafee installation ?

Were there any ercent changes made to the computer ?

Kindly reply back with this details and we could resolve the issue.

Thanks,

Dinesh K

because it appeared in Unread folder - in Favourites

and said was in folder McAfee Antio-Spam folder - which does not exist or is an "invisible" folder

I hadn't noticed the folder at all. It is only today that something got put into that folder, and as I hadn't read it it showed up in my Unread Folder.

Outlook 2007 Unread Mail  shows the folder in which any unread mail is. This said McAfee Anti-Spam. I therefore thought that Ishould be able to browse this mail in Mail Folders,

but ther is no such folder visible.

No I have not reinstalled Outlook 2007 and have made no recent changes.

I am now unable to locate the email in question - a search using [SPAM] in the subject returns nothing.

Ok,
Please run the following command andc heck whether the tool bar gets displayed

Close Outlook.
Click Start, Run, type CMD, and click OK.

NOTE: For Windows Vista users, you must open a command prompt with administrator privileges. Click Start, Find, type CMD, right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.

Type CD C:\ProgramFiles\McAfee\MSK and press ENTER.
Type REGSVR32 MSKOLPLG.DLL and press ENTER.
Open Outlook and the email tool bar should now be visible.
