Tricky malicious program

It seems that my PC is infected with tricky malicious program.Script or something slips in first and by some means avoids being detected by AV,then it infects files and it's too late.Fortunately I've caught its suspicious hiding path:AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Download Service\Files.I wonder if it's the right path Chrome saves data.If not what should I do to get rid of it?
